Step 1: Install custom recovery on your device, if you already install custom recovery then leave this step.
Step 2: And then download the CM14 ROM and Gapps for your Galaxy Grand Prime, and save on your device.
Step 3: Now boot your smartphone into Recovery mode for that, press and hold the Volume Down + Power button at the same time for a while.
